400440 Monitor FMU Digital Range

Notes: Purex Filter Monitor

Purex Part No. 400440 is the FMU (Filter Monitor Unit) used on many Purex digital fume extraction systems. It monitors the condition of the main filter and alerts the user when the filter requires replacement.

It is compatible with a wide range of Purex UK machines, including:

• 200
• 400
• 200i
• 200i HP
• 400i
• 400i PVC
• 800i (2-tier and 3-tier)
• 1500i
• Digital Series units 2000i, 5000i, Dom. DPX500

Important: The 400440 FMU is a programmable PCB. When ordering a replacement, Fumefiltration.com  recommends providing:

• Machine model
• Machine serial number

The board must be programmed for the specific extractor configuration.

This part should not be confused with 400470:

• 400440 = Standard Filter Monitor Unit (FMU) for digital Purex extractors.
• 400470 = Ozone FMU, specifically designed for ozone-monitoring applications.
